Assessor Comments
A nice line of well grown, Angus cross first calf heifers with excellent quality Limousin calves at foot. These heifers are well developed, exhibiting good frame for age & plenty of stretch. They are producing an excellent supply of milk, which is evidenced by the exceptional growth rates & sappy condition of the marked & vaccinated Limousin calves at foot, which are 6-9 weeks of age, exhibiting excellent shape with softness, & muscled-up beautifully. These heifers are very well bred, with a great balance of softness and shape from the Angus sires combined with ample milk supply, maternal nature & placid temperaments derived from the Holstein dams. A great opportunity to secure a top quality line of Angus cross breeders with many years of production ahead of them, & some absolutely cracking Limo calves at foot. With prime old cows currently selling well, they offer real value & an attractive change-over opportunity into younger breeders.
