Vendor bred Angus & Angus cross cows (15) that are doing a wonderful job on their calves (16) at foot. Cows are all sired by an Angus bull going back to an original herd of Brahman South Devon cross. After an overnight curfew the cows weighed 420kg to 582kg to average 491kg with the calves (9 steers, 7 heifers) weighing 80kg to 165kg to average 127kg. These units are very quiet and good to handle in both the yards and paddock. Calves have been marked (rings) and inoculated and the cows have been drenched, inoculated and given a B12. These units are only being sold due to the season and present a great opportunity in the current market. Cows have been running back to an Spreiby North Angus bull for 7 weeks.
