Assessor Comments
A nice, quiet line of PATHFINDER & STERITA PARK blood Angus first-calvers.These heifers are well developed, exhibiting good frame for age, with good temperament & conformation. They are producing ample milk, which is evident in the sappy MARYVALE Angus sired calves at foot, which were marked & vaccinated at assessment (4 steers & 11 heifers). Heifers are presenting in fresh store condition, with access to only a short pick of feed due to dry Summer conditions, however they possess the frame & bone structure to put considerable weight on quickly with access to more abundant pastures or forage crop. Heifers have running with the other 15 x 15 Angus first-calvers also offered this sale, in a larger mob & have been mothered into two smaller, even lines to suit all buyers. A great opportunity to secure a very good quality line of young breeders with shapey Angus calves at foot & a lifetime of production ahead of them, before supply tightens due to good recent rain events
