The vendors take great pride in having quiet cattle, and it is shown in these heifers. Good cattle to handle with 3 head getting agitated when on foreign scales and mouthed which is not uncommon.

Great Yavenvale blood heifers to take on and calve down. These heifers show plenty of bone, type and are in ideal condition with calving just around the corner (commence calving approx mid August) for 7 weeks. The vendors are particular with what bulls they use for their heifer joinings. The McCallum cattle are generally at the top end of the rates with their Hereford steers at the Blue Ribbon sales in January with positive past buyer feedback. Good young breeders to do a job for years to come.
