16 x 16 6-9 year old Angus and Angus cross cows station mated to 'Rockingham' Santa Gertrudis bulls. Calves are 3 to 6 months of age and averaged 191kg at assessment, sired by 'Rockingham' Santa Gertrudis bull producing solid sappy calves. These cows are doing a great job on their calves considering the season. All cows and calves are very quiet and easy to handle. At pregnancy scanning there were 10 x red tags (4-5 months), 2 x blue tags (1-4 months) and 4 scanned empty. Buyers note: A few cows are starting to become long in the hooves showing their age, and 1 cow having large teats. Both of these are considered not detrimental to the health and doing ability to the cows and calves, see photos. 3 of the oldest aged cows were mouthed showing blocky mouths. There is another line of 21 x 21 younger cows and calves in this sale from the same vendor.
