Very quiet females to handle. All come when called off a 300 acre island, walk across a bridge without hesitation and handle easily through an old, basic set of yards. Lead up the race without hassle, and very quiet to handle in the crush, exiting at a walk. 1 cow was a bit anxious in the crush when being preg tested, listed above as slightly stirry.

Good run of Black Baldy & Euro x middle aged Cows. Ready to drop those Wormbete Simmental calves in the Spring. These are low maintenance females that calve themselves, unassisted and unsupervised every year on the river country, always rearing a healthy calf. Cows that show good fertility and doing ability, getting in calf in the first couple of cycles on very basic vegetation. Last years Simmental calves are all doing well & going forward on grazing wheat crops. Originally joined with the intention of getting another drop of Euro calves out of them to run on crops, only offered for sale due to the tough seasonal conditions and having to cut back numbers.
