Experienced females that were a breeze to handle throughout assessment. Knew their way through the yards and most didn't bother to make a fuss about the weighing process, just a few that were too long for the scales and had to be hassled to push up and squeeze on to them, which caused some to become unsettled, listed above as slightly stirry.

Big long females that have excellent fertility and years of production to offer. Have done an outstanding job with their 200kg+ calves, that will offer a very short term rebate, with one foot placed firmly on the till already. Cows have been constantly running back with the Ardenside (Te Mania lineage) bulls, and given their ongoing fertility performance, should be well in calf, making them a good 3in1 unit to take on. 5 to 7 years old, (predominantly 5-6 yrs) so only on their 4th & 5th calves, with a few good years still in them to either retain, or split the calves off and have a fat pregnant cow to sell on as a trade. Buyers please Note. 1 Cow born with a disfigurement to her spine. Has not affected her performance as a mother or as a cow, therefore, is not deemed detrimental in this sale.
