On offer is 17x17 Angus cows and calves. These 2nd calvers are in the prime of their life and doing a good job on their big Autumn calves. They were purchased 2 yrs ago off A+ as yearlings and grown out and joined. Only purchased heifers with reputable breeding with intention to keep as future breeders. Testament to their breeding is their condition these cows are carrying with the limited feed available and carrying big calves. They are all Autumn drop cows with Angus calves sired by Campsie bulls ranging from 6-8 months. All calves have been marked and vaccinated. The Campsie and Swanbrook Angus bulls have been running back with mob since 1st Sept till assessment. The owner was intending to turn complete herd into Spring calvers that's why bulls where held out. (They had not had prior opportunity to a bull). Please note is another 2 lots of 48 and 35 Spring calvers in same sale.
