These cows worked well through the yards with only a few becoming agitated when pressured, these quickly settled when back with the mob.

Assessor Comments
Offering 174 x 174 Quality Cows and Calves. These cows averaged 524kg live at assessment after a large curfew overnight. The calves were 147kg live at assessment and range from 45kg - 310kg so there is the potential to wean a big percentage of the calves right away. The cows are mixed age and 98 of them are vet PTIC back in calf. The cows have been running with Black Simmental, Charolais and Santa Bulls and one would assume more are back in calf than tested but are undetectable at this stage. The cows are large frame, look to have good breeding behind them and to top it off are station mated to quality bulls with 56% of them already vet PTIC back in calf. This mob of cows and calves do present very well and would not look out of place in anyones front paddock. Please note most of the male calves are uncut and only NLIS tagged. Also noted were 4 cows with large teats, 2 cows sighted with a small lump on the neck from past vaccination, 4 cows with old blight scars on the eye.
