A NICE LINE OF QUALITY TABLELANDS BRED ANGUS HEIFERS. NICELY GROWN HEIFERS THAT HAVE BEEN JOINED TO A LBW PROVEN THOMSON ANGUS BULL. JOINED FROM 3RD DEC TO 18TH FEB. HEIFERS WERE ASSESSED FROM 383 TO 422KGS TO GIVE NICE EVEN LINE OF MODERATE FRAMED HEIFERS.. HEIFERS ARE IN IDEAL CALVING CONDITION AND ONLY REQUIRE A MAINTAINING NUTRITION LEADING INTO CALVING. HEIFERS WERE PURCHASED OVER 2 LINES FROM GUNNING AND SUTTON. ANOTHER OFFERING OF 26 HEIFERS GIVES SUCCESSFUL PURCHASER OPPURTUNITY TO PUT 44 PTIC HEIFERS TOGETHER.

WE PURCHASED THESE HEIFERS WITH THE INTENT TO CALVE THEM DOWN, SEASON HAS TIGHTENED UP TOO MUCH ON US AND WE NEED TO MAKE SOME SPACE. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THE HEIFERS HAVE GROWN OUT.
