Cows were purchased as complete line, being described as Brahman Cross. Cows appear to be mostly Brahman in type although there are Euro/British characteristics in some cows to suggest cows are bred from a composite base cow herd.

Temperament varied during the assessment process, with cows being agitated in confined spaces. All cows were mouthed in weigh station, with some exiting the crush with haste. Cows settled post assessment for videos/photos in back yards. Cows were released into holding paddock where they became comfortable in our presence on foot for further photos & videos.

Cows are 2 yrs - 4 yrs of age presenting in store to fresh forward store condition.
Cows have been depastured to a 4Ways Charolais Bull for the majority of the joining term & backed up with an Angus x Limo Bull untill assessment.
16 cows were detected pregnant at assessment, the remaining 2 were NDP. Based on the joining term, could potentially be a later joining.
Calves present in healthy fresh condition. All calves were individually weighed ranging from 162kg to 316kg to average 220kg. Calves were vaccinated & earmarked & steer calves were rung on the 04/12/21.
All females were mouthed at assessment, 13 were noted to still have their heifers teeth & 5 cows were noted to be fresh full mouths.
Sale presents an opportunity to purchase a line of young cows, with modest weight calves at foot, as a 3 in 1 unit, to take on & split as a trade opportunity or retain & calve down as future breeders.
