The annual sale of the McKay Family 8 year old Shorthorn cows & calves.They represent 75 years of high quality, committed Shorthorn breeding. They all have had calves up until now as the female herd is pregnancy tested every year and all PTE cows sold.The calves at foot are 2-3 months & are very fresh, by a top quality Moonbi Shorthorn Bull, of which cows have been running with since the 2/8/22 & will continue to be right up to delivery.Male calves are unmarked & none of the calves are/will not be earmarked.A genuine article of genuine age, proven breeders,with plenty of life still in them.
**PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE RUB MARKS ON COWS- THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH VIRBAC ARREST EASY DOSE POUR ON 27/8/22**
** THERE IS SOME HAIR OF ON PINS/HIPS ON LARGER COWS-ONLY DUE TO WORKING IN YARDS/RACE & NARROW GATEWAYS**
** 1 COW HAS SCAR ON OFFSIDE HIP- CALVING INJURY AS A HEIFER. DEFINITELY NOT DETRIMENTAL.
