Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Beautiful natured heifers that were lovey to handle throughout assessment. Were very well behaved and quiet in the small, concrete floored yards that had them in very close proximity to the handler at all times. Heifers never tried to kick or skid away, and just quietly moved around in the yards without hassle until it was their turn to head up the race. All exited the crush at a walk, and only took a few strides before settling and turning around to watch on.

Assessor Comments
Lovely line of soft faced, gentle young females. Pure Table Top Angus blood females, bred out of Stud cows and purchased direct from the breeders; Table Top Angus. Heifers that have not been overly spoilt through the tough Autumn but are going forward with the recent warmer weather & have a healthy shine coming off their backs. Temperament is definitely a huge asset with these girls, having to almost physically push them around by hand in the small, confined old dairy yards, with none of them ever stirring up. These heifers displayed excellent fertility with all joining up in a short 6 week period. PTIC to Rennylea Q48, (a well used heifer bull that has never presented any issues). Heifers that present as an ideal opportunity to secure some top quality young stock and replace a few older cows in a buoyant ground beef market.
