Heifers were very good to handle during assessment. Odd heifer didnt like being mouthed but was quick to settle upon returning the the mob. Cows and calves all moved through yards freely.

Quality line of heifers and calves doing a fantastic job on their calves. All heifers calved unassisted and are milking well on good feed. All calves present in fresh sappy condition and their mothers, as a group, present evenly and in fresh forward store to slightly forward condition. Heifers were purchased with the intention to calve down, join and re offer to the market. Please note exact age of heifers could not be determined but all heifers were mouthed at assessment. 1 calf showed pink eye and was treated at assessment and will be retreated if required. 1 calf carried small pink eye scar at back of eye deemed not detrimental.
