Beautiful natured heifers that were lovey to handle throughout assessment. Were very well behaved and quiet in the small, concrete floored yards that had them in very close proximity to the handler at all times. Heifers never tried to kick or skid away, and just quietly moved around in the yards without hassle until it was their turn to head up the race. Fortunately, their calves have taken a leaf from their book, and were also very sensible and well mannered to handle.

Assessor Comments
Lovely line of soft faced, gentle young mothers. Pure Lawsons Angus blood females, with a beautiful, healthy shine bouncing off their backs. Heifers that are producing an excellent supply of milk, with very well looked after, fresh young calves at foot. Temperament is definitely a huge asset with these girls, having to physically push them around by hand in the small, confined yards, with none of them ever stirring up. Heifers displayed excellent fertility with all joining up in the first cycle, and having all calves on the ground within 25 days. These low maintenance, easy young mothers would be an ideal investment for a stockman of any experience looking for some quiet heifers with the risk of calving behind them, and all the hard work done.
