These cows and calves were very good to handle, these cattle have a reputation for good temperament and were a pleasure to handle through all parts of yards and in the crush. I would still advise buyers to give them plenty of time to settle in to their new environments and plenty of time for the cows to mother up to their calves at delivery.

Buyers here is an opportunity to purchase 21 very good quality sound cows on their first calves. These cows on their first calves have all their lives ahead of them and will suit any breeder program looking for good quiet cows to retain in herd. The cows are doing a great job on their first calves and have plenty of milk available for them. The calves being by Angus bulls will suit the local weaner markets later on or will grow out to heavy feeder cattle. These cows would normally be retained in herd and are only being sold due to dry conditions.
