Assessor Comments
This sale is part of the dispersal of the Parth Family Shorthorns which were run as a registered herd for approx. 30 Years. Registration has lapsed in recent years. Over the years genetics have been sourced from leading Shorthorn herds throughout Southern Australia. These Cows had big calves weaned off them ( except for a couple that lost calves earlier on ) and are in Store Condition but are on the improve. They are of large frame and typify the Shorthorn breed. Mixture of Reds, Roans and Whites. PTIC to a Roan, Eloora Bull ( see photos) due to start calving early August with a 9 Week joining. Anybody looking for Purebred Shorthorn Breeders should pay attention here. Majority 4 and 5 Years of age with plenty of breeding life left in them.
