Very quiet cows to handle, Cows didnt want to go back through race for preg testing though after being mouthed and took some persuading but settled as soon as in race and force yard.

Opportunity to purchase PTIC angus cows, 8-10 yrs, Hazeldean and Connemara bld Usually retained in the herd they are being sold under dispersal conditions. These cows truly have been running on the hill in the foothills of Mt Buller and would respond to improved conditions. They have been purchased over the last few years and comprise of Hazeldean bld cows from Cooma NSW and Connemara bld cows from Yea district. They have reared a calf and rejoined every year. They present in forward store condition after having calves weaned off them a fortnight ago. You would expect them to freshen up for calving niceley given the right conditions. Mouthed every cow due to there age and being purchased in. and removed three on teeth and two on feet, see photos. Preg tested on same day as assessment with the bull going in on 23rd Nov for 7 weeks. See Younger sisters in same sale. Note: See Video Note: 4 with some white on udder. Note: One old pink eye scar. Not detrimental.

P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree.
