These EU PTIC heifers are quiet in the paddock. They haven't had the normal attention with handling unfortunately and when in the yards or the crush are agitated. As you can see in the videos when returned to the larger holding yard they are able to settle and walk well. These cattle are not aggressive at all and with proper stock handling skills they work fine.

Assessor Comments
Wendouree is a 4th generation farming and grazing operation who have been breeding Shorthorns since the 50's. The last 20+ years they have been purchasing Turanville Shorthorn bulls. In 2024 the vendor purchased JT Angus bulls that are predominantly based off the Millah Murrah bloodlines. These heifers are EU and vendor bred. These heifers have been weighed and drafted into heavy feeder specs to average 450kg full at assessment. These PTIC EU heifers will suit a breeder looking to ascertain quality genetics that suit the EU and grassfed/antibiotic free programs while looking to increase breeding numbers with this incredible season ahead. These heifers are red taggers and all the hard work is done. Please note the vendor has the full brothers in the Weaner/Yearling sale.
