These cows were assessed in a small set of yards with not much space to be able to give cows appropriate distance to settle and work easily for their breed etc. After drafting off wet cows off dry prior to assessment cows behaved ok. After then running back through yards to weigh and assess a few cows then heated up then causing others to heat up as well. With appropriate space and good facilities these cows would probably assess differently on temperament.

A nice line of Droughtmaster/Droughtmaster Brahman composite cows with fresh, quality first calves at foot. These cows are originally from Bellfield Station Richmond QLD where the Needham family use Powermac Droughtmaster & Gypsy Plains Brahman stud sires. These cows have done a great job on their calves and have been depastured back to an Angus bull for the past 6 weeks. A great opportunity to buy young females that are great mothers who will give you soft, sappy, flatback calves.
