Heifers were very good to handle. Nearly all filed down race quietly and stood on platform well. Couple of head were keen to move out of confines of crush but generally they were exceptional to handle.

Offering a nicely bred draft of vendor bred PTIC Angus heifers. Heifers are principally Weeran blood and present in ideal calving order being mainly fresh forward store to forward condition. The Arkoonah herd typical mature into functional medium to large frame cows, are very good to handle with this draft joined to the Weeran Angus bulls. They were joined for just over 6 weeks with an expected calving period of early March to mid-April. A chance to acquire well presented Angus heifers, PTIC to tight joining to calve March/April (NOTE: vendor offers 73 PTIC Angus females, 2yo & 3yo over 3 lots this sale).
