Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers were generally good to handle throughout the yards and crush, one became slightly agitated while in the crush and exited quickly. Settled quickly back in the yard. As a mob they did tend to move through gate ways together quickly but were settled and good to control.

Assessor Comments
A good to very good quality line of vendor bred PTIC Red Tag Angus heifers. These heifers were originally retained to enter the breeding herd and are now for sale due to succession planning and the slightly tighter season. They are medium to large frame, show good weight for age and should grow onto quality future breeders. They are vet PTIC to Texas Angus Korporal Line bulls both selected on GL and calving ease. The vet pregnancy certificate is attached to the assessment. One heifer noted with a moderate blue eye scar in one eye - not considered detrimental. These quality vendor bred heifers PTIC to selected Texas Angus bulls that would make a solid addition to breeding herds.
