HEIFERS HAVE BEEN RUN IN BIG NUMBERS & ARE QUITE RUNNY AS A MOB (BROKEN INTO SMALLER LOTS & HANDLED MORE THEY WOULD BE FINE). BY THE END OF TAKING PICTURES & VIDEOS THEY WERE BETTER SETTLED IN THE YARDS. ODD HEIFER DID WANT TO CIRCLE BACK INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE MOB.

AN EXCELLENT QUALITY RUN OF PTIC ANGUS HEIFERS. THERE IS A TOTAL OF 108 HEIFERS BEING SOLD AS A RUN OUT THE GATE (4 X LOTS OF 22 & 1 X LOT OF 20). THESE HEIFERS HAD BEEN SOURCED ESPECIALLY TO JOIN & CALVE DOWN AS FUTURE BREEDERS. HEIFERS ARE 18-19MTHS, AVE 440KG (EACH OF THE 108 HEIFERS WERE INDIVIDUALLY WEIGHED WITH A LOW OF 390KG & A TOP OF 540. THERE WAS 5 HEIFERS UNDER 400KG & 8 HEIFERS OVER 500KG) & MOST PRESENTING IN IDEAL CALVING CONDITION. THEY HAVE BEEN JOINED TO LBW GILMANDYKE ANGUS BULLS (FIGURES ATTACHED) TO COMMENCE CALVING JUNE FOR 6WKS. A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO STEP INTO SOME QUALITY YOUNG FEMALES THAT WILL CONTINUE TO MATURE & GROW INTO EXCELLENT FURTURE BREEDERS. NOTE: OF THE 108 ASSESSED, 1 HEIFER HAD LIGHT RINGWORM, 5 HEIFERS WITH SMALL PINK EYE SCARRING & ODD HEIFER WITH SMALL WHITE PATCH ON UDDERS.
