Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cows generally handled well through the yards and the crush, to the point making it an effort to push them on to the platform they were that placid. One cow ran through with a bit of pace, not an issue in my opinion.

Assessor Comments
A great opportunity to purchase a unit that you can tuck away and let the cow do the work for you and know by the end of the spring you have got an appreciating asset. Cows are medium to large frame and are somewhat showing the effects of a tight season but are putting everything into their calves. Calves are fresh, healthy and are showing no effects of the tough year all things considered. The Page family would normally run all calves through to January’s Blue Ribbon Weaner Calf Sales and be in the top tier for weight and lines of steers & heifers but have had to make a decision in relinquishing some cow and calf units.
