Generally good to handle in and through the crush and settled well in the yard for photos. The calves were nice and settled in the yards. All stock are worked using Low Stress Stock Handling techniques and are used to being grazed in single wire grazing cells.

A line of Angus and Droughtmaster cross cows with calves at foot. The cows range from very good to good with 4% fair quality. The calves have been sired by good to very good quality Angus bulls. The cows were purchased as different mobs to restock and are now being culled to tidy up mobs. All cows were mouthed at assessment, note dentition details. One cow noted with blue eye spot in one eye, can be seen in photos. Feet, eyes and udders are in line with what to expect with cows this age. Calves at foot are 12 steers and 11 heifers and range from 50 to 238 kg. The cows were running with Angus bulls until 13/08/25 when the bulls were pulled out. They all have been run in a cell grazing operation and are familiar with electric fences. Note two 'bonus' orphan calves to be given in. One 75kg heifer and one 150kg steer that have been running with this mob without mothers.
Vendor has two lots in this sale, another 14 cows and calves on other property "Rexton" approx 60km between.
