Heifers had been standing on concrete all morning and some were a bit anxious to leave the yards. Strange faces didn't help much either. We were able to assess without too much difficulty and they settled ok back in the paddock.

The Tops drafted from an original mob of 90. Vendor is keeping the tail and balance being offered in Three lots totalling 69 Hd. This lot were basically selected as the larger framed animals. Vendor has done a great job and all the Heifers present in fresh, forward condition without being overdone. Well grown and will have that bit extra size and maturity come calving time compared to the average Two Year Old. Here is a real chance if you are looking for early Autumn Calvers. Due Feb / Mar to the Latrobe Park Bulls. Get them home, settled in, acclimitised, and save competing against everybody else in the New Year.
