Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The cows were generally good to handle in the yards and through the crush. Four head were slightly agitated in the crush while another two head were highly agitated. A large proportion would stand in the crush but accelerated out of the crush. In the bigger yard they moved as a mob and remained calm if given some space. A couple of cows became agitated in the yards when they were separated from their calves. Their temperament would be better suited to more experienced stock handlers.

Assessor Comments
A line of fair to mostly good quality vendor bred young cows with their second calf at foot. These cows are rising 4 years old and are mostly medium frame. They are in strong store condition and have good quality Angus cross calves at foot. The calves range from 1 - 3 months old and had a LWR of 44 - 152 kg full. The 17 male calves are unmarked and average 111 kg while the 7 heifer calves average 100 kg. The cows have been rejoined to a Mooroobie Angus bull from 10/11/23 until delivery. Please note three cows have old scarring from buffalo fly bite marks on the neck region and two cows with slight blue eye scarring. This is an opportunity to purchase a line of young proven breeders.
