These cows were good to handle and easily worked through the yards. The cow stirred up in the crush while been weighed or mouthed but were quick to settle once let back into the yard. The calves were very quiet and were good to weigh. The mob as a whole was well mannered.

An opportunity to purchase 26 X 26 (cows 8-9.5 years old) and have been running back with a Black Watasanta Bull since 28.08.2021. These are big heavy polled cows that really know their job and their calves are proof of this. 2 red cows and 6 red calves. Calves were marked on the 10.10.2021. Bull calves were castrated with rings and not all scrotum's have completely fallen off at time of assessment. Approximately 14 steers and 12 heifers. A sample of 8 cows were mouthed and 1 had a broken tooth (not missing), 2 cows evenly worn with plenty of tooth length and 5 very good mouths. 3 cows had a cloudy blue eye and 5 cows also a touch of white on their udders. 3 cows were showing signs of sagging udders but still milking well. Calves are by a Black Watasanta Bull. 2 calves are very heavily muscled. In the past these cows have produced calves the frequently top the Singleton vealer market or hit supermarket targets, and these calves should be no different. Great units with fresh calves.
