The heifers were fairly easy to handle and behaved when processed. One heifer got very agitated in the crush area but the rest walked on, and stood quietly on, scales. Most resisted mouthing but didn't get anxious once released. Nothing aggressive.

Presenting a tidy line of Angus and Angus cross heifers with 1st calf at foot. The calves are very good quality and should suit any Angus programmes or orders (1 red calf). These heifers have been depastured with two top quality Angus bulls selected for calving ease. They have been running with the bulls for approx 38 days and up untill delivery. The vendor has noticed the bulls working well. The calves are very even and average 96kg at assessment. The heifers averaged 501kg after 3 hrs in yards. On mouthing the heifers it was an even spread of milk tooth and two tooth or just breaking. Nice young cows doing a very good job on their calves. It was quite noticeable the mothers were milking very well and this is showing in the calves. There are a few heifers that have white on their udders. They are mostly medium to large framed with approx 3 smaller heifers in the line. Their temperament is very good exemplified by the quick mothering up when put back with calves after assessment.

Purchased from producer at Gulargambone as heifers PTIC. Assessment stated they were 24-26 months. They had been joined to Kidman Angus bulls (BKCP16 & BKCP26)

These heifers were purchased PTIC to Kidman Angus bulls. Since calving they have been running with a Kidman Angus bull and a Waitara son of Beastmode.
