HEIFERS WERE ON THEIR 2ND RUN THROUGH YARDS AND CRUSH AFTER BEING PREG TESTED 1 HOUR PRIOR. MOST WERE OK BUT WERE HESITANT AT CRUSH AND 8 HEAD AGITATED IN RACE AND CRUSH. ALL SETTLED WHEN RELEASED & BACK WITH CALVES AS SEEN IN VIDEO, 1 HEIFER STILL SLIGHTLY AGITATED. VERY GOOD TO HANDLE AND DRAFT IN BIGGER YARDS, WITH HEIFERS EASY TO DRIFT OFF CALVES FOR PHOTOS.

A GOOD QUALITY LINE OF ANGUS HEIFERS, 28-30 MTHS, WITH THEIR 1ST CALF AT FOOT AND RUNNING BACK TO THE SAME ANGUS BULL SINCE OCTOBER. HEIFERS WERE PREG TESTED AT ASSESSMENT WITH 24 IN CALF AND 4 NOT DETECTABLE(BANG TAILS). HEIFERS PRESENT IN FRESH STORE CONDITION ALTHOUGH ODD HEIFER SHOWING EFFECTS FEEDING BIG CALVES. HEIFERS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED OUT OF FORBES FROM JEMALONG STATION AS YEARLINGS. A PINKEYE BREAKOUT AS WEANERS HAS LEFT 10 HEIFERS WITH SOME SCARRING IN ONE EYE, ONE IN BOTH BUT SLIGHT. ONE HEIFER WITH AN OLD GRASS SEED LUMP ON CHEEK(PHOTO). CALVES ARE BY A TROWBRIDGE TRIPLE B ANGUS BULL, MAINLY 3-5 MTHS, MARKED, WEIGHING FROM 145-245 KG TO AV. 200KG. BREAKUP 12 STEERS & 16 HEIFERS. ****HARD TO FIND YOUNG 3 IN 1 UNITS.****
