Cattle did not stir up while being weighed, Cows are use to a race daft, so if under pressure in a pound / round yard a % would stir up. By the end of the day, the last of the cows were stirred up and some charging. Majority were dry cows and off to the meat works. But old cows will get sour with to much handling.

A terrific line of Brahman Cows & Calves with calves fresh to weanable, good sappy calves. Years of selective breeding. Ideal article to split. 115 No. 5 branded calves from last October branding, all others unmarked, calves av. 186kgs. Very good frame cows, when taken off the gulf country would be very heavy dressing cows. 80% large frame, 18% medium & 2% small frame. Cows are aged but still good structure / constitution. 72% 11 to 13 year old. 2 capped hips & 2 short tails. No ticks were visible after a night in the yards and we haven't been pulled up previously, but can't guarantee. Cows have been pre treated to assist with clearing. Purchaser could wean 60% of the calves for a very quick return.
