Final stage of the Barrabooka herd dispersal due to the sale of the property. Offering 92 PTIC Angus females due to calve in Autumn. The Barrabooka herd was originally developed on Tuwharetoa Angus (Tarcutta) genetics before transitioning to Hazeldean Angus approximately 10 years ago. They are large framed, big boned, deep bodied cows with presence. This line represents the 2022 drop, proven breeders being PTIC with their second calf to the Dunoon sires. These young cows have been well handled and classed strongly on temperament and structure. They all calved down in 2024 to earn their place in the herd. They are well grown for age and presenting in great condition. They would be suitable to start, add to an existing herd or even present as a trade proposition to calve down and sell as a unit. The balance were purchased in account JA Crawford at Adelong and are based on Scotts, Dunoon, Ardrossan, Shacorrahdalu & Old Man Creek Angus blood. Quality females that offer years of production.
