Temperament not assessed in Paddock
A good line of heifers to handle in the paddock in a larger mob. All blocked up and walked out well as a mob with a bike and dog. In the yards majority were calm but moved trough quickly on first handle drafting in pound. Second time through to weigh some heated up more with a very small percentage not wanting to block at a gate etc. 1 marked as aggressive was after being singled out and handled a few times it became quite agitated. Once back in mob it did settle down.

Assessor Comments
A quality line of heifers that are ready to take on and calve out in to good breeding units. This line of heifers are bred from the McClymont family off their Julia Creek country. These heifers have been bred for fertility and high growth rates/weight gains. As a mob these heifers are easy to handle in the paddock and ran through the yards well for drafting through round yard and assessment with only 2 people. These heifers have performed extremely well since arriving to Warren and will continue to do so for the purchaser. PTIC 4 - 5 months in calf to low birth weight/calving ease composite bulls for ease of calving management. Heifers are majority #9 branded with a small hand full of late #8 branded cattle. A percentage of this lot have some brindle fleck/colouring otherwise predominately straight colour (see photos/videos). Drafted out as a more Brangus/Charbray type composite with more grey colouring
