All of these cows are fit and healthy but are carrying no excess fat cover. They will handle travelling a reasonable distance with room to spread out on a truck provided the weather conditions are good.

One cow was a little unsettled on the scales but settled once back in the mob. Being fed hay has these cows and calves comfortable with human interaction and they are quiet. Responsive to pressure and they settle once the pressure is released. Good to handle.

Genuine vendor bred proven breeders with years of Wirruna Poll Hereford and more recently Dunoon Angus genetics invested into the herd. Only being offered due to the tight season. Presenting in store condition of medium-large framed (600kg plus mature cow weight) with minimal fat cover and given feed will respond immediately. They are 100% grass fed, antibiotic free and Greenhams NE accredited. They are doing a great job on their fresh calves with 2 head presenting in store condition. Calves marked and vaccinated at assessment. Benambra Pastoral was awarded MSA’s Top 100 Producer 2023 for previous progeny sold to slaughter in 2021-2023. A true testament to the performance of the genetics invested into the herd. Presenting profitable trade options for the successful purchaser given the position of the cattle market currently. 1 head 2 years old, 7 head 4 yrs, 20 hd 5 years and 3 head 8 yr old. 3 older cows are sound mouthed. Realistically reserved with spring growth near.
