Cows will present in healthy store condition weighing from 556 - 744 kgs to ave 643kgs. A rare opportunity presents to purchase top quality females from a renowned leading Western District herd, Alva Downs has been established dating back to 1935 (85 years) of breeding. These cows show all the characteristics you want in your breeding herd, nice depth, width, length and softness, they are all of large frame, and would be perfect for anyone looking to buy high quality genetics or given the feed will come with plenty of upside to stack the weight on and split later on. Vendors would like to retain but have made the hard decision to sell off the spring calving cow mob due to the tough season being experienced in the Western District.
