Heifers were very good to handle in and around cattle yards, odd heifer did stir up into crush though as soon as she was placed back in a mob situation she settled. Once put back with calves heifers were content.

Buyers, a Smart line of 31x31 Station mated Angus heifers with CAF. Weighing 405 - 495 kgs to Ave 450 kgs full at assessment with calves 98Kg. Heifers present in forward store condition and are doing an excellent job on their calves. Heifers have been back running with good quality angus bulls. They are showing great milking ability, good weight for age and look to be developing into soft deep bodied matrons of the future. Heifers would be ideal to take home put straight into a herd and take advantage of the season. Vendor bought Heifers in, Joined to LBW Bulls, Calved out and put in mobs with intention to sell as C&C. Full health treatments have been undertaken with heifers receiving a 5 in 1 booster every 6 weeks for the past 3 months.
