Majority of cows handled well in the yards and processing of the assessment, it was only the odd cow that was eager to get out of the crush or the draft yard that got the slightest bit agitated

A quality offering of a part dispersal of the Devondale herd due to a loss of lease therefore the relinquishing of their coloured and Angus X cows. The 33 Angus X cows are in forward store condition but have handled a dry summer remarkably well. Cows are preg tested in calf to Chiltern Park Angus bulls and are due to calve August/September. A chance to tuck away a good honest line of E.U Accredited cows at a low base that will do more than a fine job of their calves.
