Cattle present in very strong score one condition. Bred and have had experience through tough conditions these cattle will travel long distances. The cows have been on multiple trucks in their lifetime but buyers to make own allowances when travelling long distances. Fit to load standards will apply at delivery.

Very typical Northern/Western Qld and Northern Territory station bred temperament. Will flow through the yards with no pressure, they will block when pressured. These cattle don’t be being singled out or under pressure. Calm and collected to handle to tail out in the paddock. Assessor advices to watch the video for a better understanding of the cattle.

Offering 36 x 36 Brahman X Cows & Calves, that have been running with Droughtmaster and Santa Bulls since the 15th of November. These cows are station bred cattle that were purchased from Northern Qld and prior to this have been purchased from various lines throughout Northern/Western Qld and Northern Territory as PTIC and have since calved down on "Dalkeith". The calves are predominately Brahman X but do have approx 6 Angus X and 2 Droughtmaster X Calves. The calves present in fresh and forward condition and have only been NLIS tagged and ARE NOT MARKED or BRANDED. These cows will flow through the yards unassisted and can tend to rush at times. Cows have a mixed range of ages and are predominately older cows while 7 were unidentified without age brands. 6 cows were dehorned last month and are recovering well. If you have any questions about this lot please call the assessor, it is also advised to watch the video for a better understanding of the cattle.

Purchased ex Hughenden Cattle Station as PTIC's, previous purchaser had put together differents lines of cattle from Northern and Western Qld as well as various lines from the Northern Territory.
Lifetime Traceable
Cattle were not scanned at assessment, how ever emergency tags were visible and can not guarantee that every animal is lifetime traceable.
Grazing Conditions
A mix of dry and fresh Mitchell and Buffell Grass along with Native Herbages.
