Very good to draft a couple of cows had a tiny bit of run but caused no problems. Walked onto scales, stood and then casually walked off. Absolute pleasure to handle.

Danedite herd dispersal. These are the one half of the second draft of 121 second Calvers, 2022 drop red tags offered in four lots. Danedite have been breeding Angus cattle for 80 years and have been using Te Mania and Banquet bulls. These cows have been joined to the pick of the Wright Angus bulls (see ebvs attached) Calves were weaned off cows and sold in October and cattle have put weight back on and are in ideal calving condition. Cows were pregnancy tested by the Colac vets in mid October with only 3% of the whole herd empty.
This present a rare opportunity to by genuine females from a long standing and well renowned property due to factor beyond vendors control. These cattle would be an asset to any herd or a magnificent start to a new one. We have had repeat buyers purchasing the steers over the last 20 years.
Regretful sale due to seasonal conditions and lack of water.
