Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers handled well for the better part of the assessment, however the more they got handled and moved about whilst assessing there were a handful of heifers that became flighty and caused the mob to stir when going through gates etc. No intent to cause harm was notice just a bigger flight zone required when handling.

Assessor Comments
A good run of young females with first CAF, predominantly Angus x Santa with the odd straight Angus. These heifers were purchased ex Raby station, Warren and were originally bred in Blackall QLD. They present a great opportunity to purchase and add to the cow herd with youth on there side. Calves were stated to be sired by Brangus bulls and are sappy and healthy with the heifers doing a great job as mothers. Whilst I consider these heifers to be majority quiet to handle they do have a lot of movement when confined and in close proximity to handler.
