Handled very well within the yards and during the assessment process. We had numerous amounts of Cows & Calves in the yards with constant bellowing which no doubt would of caused some kind of distress and in my opinion they handled the situation nice and easy. Once let out into a small paddock for photos & videos they were a little stand offish from myself on foot which I think we can all agree is a normal reaction for strange movements. All in all, no temperament concerns on my behalf.

An opportunity to purchase a small line of Angus Cows with Charolais calves at foot that will suit an existing breeding operation or suitable for a trading program. Being genuine second calving females is most definitely a huge positive as they are past the awkward stage of their lives that most buyers try to avoid. Admitidly they are not the largest framed Angus cows around, but i can assure you they did a sensational job of their first offspring last year with all four calves averaging 370kg at twelve months of age! These cows present in store condition in my opinion and most likely need a drench upon arrival. The above females are not - rejoined which gives you the opportunity to join them to a sire of your choice and take advantage of acquiring young females with their whole life in front of them. All in all, they might not be everyone's cup of tea but I personally see better value in a smaller framed cow that will eat less feed but still produce a fantastic saleable weaner.
