Assessor Comments
A small group of 4x4 extremely quiet, VGQ commercial Limousin cows and calves. These are large framed cows that would be ideal to fatten and finish, and grow out the calves for the trade or heavy feeder markets. These cows are coming off the second driest season recorded by the vendor which is why they are for sale. Prior to last years dry, one of these cows weighed over 1100kgs, vendor regularly has cows weigh over 1000kgs. These are very easy to handle cattle and will not take long to put on condition and finish once back on good feed. Cows are station mated to a homozygous polled Apricot Limousin bull. They all have good udders with plenty of milk and nice teats, they are doing a tremendous job on their calves. You don’t want to miss this opportunity. The vendor also has another lot in this sale, a NSM first calf heifer and calf.
