These cattle have been well handled, and with two strangers in the yards were still easy to handle. Only a couple of heifers were a little uncomfortable in the weigh box. The calves were also surprisingly well behaved. When walking amongst the cattle to take photos, they were completely unfazed.

This lot of mostly medium store heifers and calves, although bought in as weaners and some PTIC cattle, are quiet, are showing nice milk, and are doing a good job with their calves. There are 34 predominantly black calves, and 7 Speckle calves ( one set of twins). In the heifers, there is the odd small white patch about the udder, a couple of slight ringworm marks, and the evidence of rubbing .
