Assessor Comments
A good to mostly very good quality line of PTIC Cows. These medium to mostly large frame cows are from two purchased mobs with 24 head rising 7 or 8 years and 16 head rising 9 0r 10 years. All cows were mouthed with 30 of the cows with good sound mouths while another 10 head had sound 8T mouths but just showing a little wear on the teeth - three photos show teeth with wear. Any well worn or broken mouth cows were removed from the line. They are vet preg tested 4 - 7 months in calf to either Angus or Speckle Park bulls (see bull list - EBV's available). A list of EID and months in calf is available on request. Only one cow was 4 months with the balance 5 - 7 months in calf. Three cows noted with a moderate blue eye scarring in one eye, two cows with slight bottle teats and one cow with healing fly bite marks on brisket/neck. Eyes, udders and feet are in line with cows of this age. These are big framed sound cows that will easily rare the calf inside them and at least another.
