40 VERY GOOD QUALITY ANGUS HEIFERS PTIC TO WAGYU BULLS ( SPLFS0044 & SPLFS0009) , HEIFERS AVG CURFEWED WEIGHT AT ASSESSMENT WAS 414.5KGS. AND WERE PREG TESTED BY CED WISE VETS ON THE 24/01/23 TO BE 13-20 WEEKS IN CALF WITH A CALVING PERIOD OF APPROX. 1/08/23- 30/09/23. HEIFERS ARE OF GOOD LARGE FRAME, BONE, ARE IN GOOD FRESH FORWARD STORE CONDITION AND ARE HANDLING THEIR FIRST PREGNANCY VERY WELL. THROUGHOUT THE ASSESSMENT PROCESS THE HEIFERS HANDLED IT WELL WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF HEIFERS UNSETTLED WHILST IN THE CRUSH . CARRYING SOME VERY GOOD AND RENOWNED ANGUS GENETICS THESE HEIFERS WOULD BE AN ASSET TO ANY F1 WAGYU BREEDING PROGRAM OR ONCE CALVED COULD GO BACK INTO ANY STRAIGHT ANGUS HERD. * Buyers please not 1 heifers has white near her udder.* note one heifer notice to have tiny blight spot, was treated at assessment & not deemed detrimental.* Also note a small percentage of heifer had very small warts but not deemed detrimental.*
