Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These cows were a pleasure to handle right throughout the drafting and weighing process. Each cow stood still on the scales in the crush and waited contently then walked on when asked to move. Not docile as they moved off when asked without hurrying at anytime. These cows showed no signs of temperament issues even when the calves were being pulled of them.

Assessor Comments
A Tidy line of Mixed aged predominantly Hereford & British bred cows(1.8 - 8years ), Quiet, medium to large frame , presenting in strong store to forward store condition doing a job on their progeny. The calves present marked (43-181kg) ranging from fresh to a small percentage being abit dry in condition. Mouthed 26/41 head with 4 (M/T), 5 (2/T), 2 (6/T) & 15 (8/T) non displaying gaps or ware. This age range displays a great opportunity with purchasing plenty of youth. Offers intended buyer a great opportunity to purchase units that have the quality to either keep as breeders or split in the new year. Cows & calves are only being sold due to the natural pastures being utilized. Note 3 calves displayed active pink eye in one eye but were treated at assessment. "Breeding females are the future of the cattle industry"- BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. GREAT SPLIT OPPORTUNITY FOR THE NEW YEAR with the direction this cattle market is heading.
