Assessor Comments
A nice run of 1st calf heifers that have done the hard yards and now should go on to be very good cows. The heifers have come through calving well and and really on the do now coming into the spring and joining season. For young heifers they have some very good milk under them and the calves are certainly fresh and sappy. They have all calved unassisted in a cell grazing program and are very used to human contact. These heifers still have plenty of chance to grow and put weight on as well, you are buying them in their working clothes, they are a little light but they are certainly fresh and moving forward now in the warmer spring conditions. Have been just assessed as the first 41 through the race and then the next, will be mothered in the paddocks after assessment.
