COWS WERE GENERALLY VERY GOOD TO HANDLE AT ASSESSMENT, FLOWED THROUGH THE POUND AND RACE WELL. SOME COWS BECAME AGITATED WHEN UNDER PRESSURE OF THE CONFINED AREAS, SETTLED WELL WHEN BACK IN MOB. COWS TEND TO BE SOMEWHAT TROTTY IN THE BIG YARD AND NEED SOME SLOWING THROUGH GATES. ALL IN ALL A NORMAL RUN OF THE MILL TEMPERAMENT FOR COWS RUN IN A LARGER BREEDER HERD.
