Assessor Comments
Part 1 of the 'Greenhills' Herd Reduction'. The MacDougall Family are offering some very productive females for sale within this auction. These heifers are bred from a heavily classed cattle herd that performs year in year out no matter the season. All of these females are joined to Sons of Hicks P528 (Composite) to calve Early August for 6 weeks. Please note throughout the years of breeding cattle on 'Greenhills Station', the MacDougall Family have noticed considerable increases in weight gain and hybrid vigor through using superior composite genetics and crossbreeding British breeds. This Herd has had a strong emphasis on temperament, structure, calving ease and feedlot suitability.
