A quality line of PTIC Angus Heifers to begin calving early August for a tight 6 weeks. These heifers are in perfect condition to carry forward to calving, being nicely covered but not over done, and averaged 474kg full (416-546kg) at assessment. They are in calf to a low birthweight/ calving ease Bull, Ireland Quarram Q49, who has BWT EBV of +3.2 with both calving ease EBVs (Direct/ Dtrs) in the top decile of the breed - sire link attached. These heifers are of good frame and type and will grow out to be medium to larger frame, deep bodied mature cows with many productive years in front of them.
